I was thoroughly impressed with the service at Carvalho Box. Andre was very responsive to all my questions, and would answer me in a timely manor. I had called several other body shops and most of them were booked for two months out. Carvalho Box was able to accept my car right away. The only reason my vehicle was at the shop for three weeks was because the parts were on backorder and took quite awhile to come in. I have nothing but good things to say about this business. They did such an amazing job! I called around and every other shop was booked out until the end of July or mid August. When i called this place they answered right away. I called on thursday. They had me send pictures of the damage. He gave me an estimate same day, as well as got me in the following monday! My car was done within a week! Good communication throughout the whole process. My car looks amazing! Even my coworker noticed and said "wow, your car looks really good and they got it done so fast. Where did you go?" I told them Carvalho Box llc in Bellevue. I will be referring everyone there.

Andre did great bodywork replacing a door for my 2005 Honda Odyssey minivan. The quote he gave me was much lower than any franchise chain workshops out there. In fact, his quote was so reasonable and honest that I had to accept it on the spot. He takes good care of his customers’ cars, and even goes above and beyond to wipe the interior clean after doing work on it. He is man of his word, and an honest and kind person. Should I need auto bodywork done in the future, I will definitely be contacting him again.
